Q: Do I have the same rights in arbitration at the FORUM as I do in court?
A: The FORUM ensures that parties receive a fair hearing from an impartial arbitrator at a reasonable cost. Parties do receive the same fundamental rights they would receive in court. While they necessarily relinquish their right to have their dispute decided by a jury, they can - just as in court - request relevant documents and information from the other party (known as discovery) and are entitled to the same range of legal remedies and awards.
