Yes. Published rule sets apply to all of the FORUM’s arbitration proceedings. These rule sets are available online; for example, our main website hosts the FORUM Code of Procedure, which governs all of our Code of Procedure arbitrations. The Code of Procedure provides simple, straightforward rules that have been praised by court judges and justices as a model of fairness (refer to From the Bench: Selected Judicial Opinions Supporting Arbitration).
Likewise, our Internet domain name dispute program incorporates the policies and rule sets available on our Domain Name Disputes website, and the rules governing our New Jersey No-Fault Personal Injury Protection program are available on our New Jersey No-Fault website.
