Published studies by Ernst and Young (Outcomes of Arbitration: An Empirical Study of Consumer Lending Cases, 2005) and Harris Interactive (Arbitration: Simpler, Cheaper and Faster Than Litigation, 2005) demonstrate that the majority of consumers are satisfied with the speed, simplicity and cost benefits of arbitration. Also, consumers who have participated in FORUM arbitrations share their positive testimonials in Consumer Comments about the FORUM.
