Q: I’d like to have a dispute resolved using arbitration. How do I start?

  • Information and filing instructions for disputes governed by the state of New Jersey’s No-Fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection program can be found on our New Jersey No-Fault website.
  • Information and filing instructions for disputes with member companies of the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA) can be found on AMSA’s website.
  • Information and filing instructions for disputes with members of the American Land Title Association (ATLA) can be found on ALTA's website.
