Online Filing for usNDP Responses

The Basics
The usNDP (usTLD Nexus Dispute Policy) applies specifically to disputes involving a complaint that a .us top-level domain (TLD) name is not registered by a United States entity and is in violation of the Nexus Requirements for .us TLDs. The “top-level” of a domain name refers to the domain name’s final extension; for instance, the theoretical domain name "" would be a .us top-level domain name because it terminates in .us. A domain name that features .us in its name but does not terminate in .us is not subject to the usNDP.

The usNDP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).

A complaint that a .us TLD is registered and/or used in abusive bad faith and violates trademark rights should not be filed under the usNDP; rather, it should be filed under the usDRP (usTLD Dispute Resolution Policy).

Rules and Fees
Together, the usNDP Rules (beginning on page 5 of the usNDP) and the FORUM’s usNDP Supplemental Rules govern disputes falling under the scope of the usNDP.

The fee schedule for our usNDP domain name dispute services can be found in our usNDP Supplemental Rules, Rule 16 (Fees).
