The TDRP

The Basics
The TDRP (Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy) applies to disputes arising from inter-registrar transfer of domain names. The TDRP was approved by ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) on July 12, 2004.

The TDRP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).

Rules and Fees
Together, the TDRP and the FORUM’s TDRP Supplemental Rules govern disputes falling under the scope of the TDRP. The fee schedule for the FORUM’s TDRP domain name dispute services can be found in its TDRP Supplemental Rules, Rule 16 (Fees).

Manual Filing
Once you have familiarized yourself with the TDRP and the FORUM’s TDRP Supplemental Rules, you may file with us manually. TDRP Requests for Enforcement and Responses cannot be filed online. For assistance, refer to the filing instructions and model forms listed below.
