The FORUM's UDRP Supplemental Rules
Effective March 1, 2010 for all cases, the FORUM's revised UDRP Supplemental Rules govern the FORUM's administration of the UDRP. From December 29, 2009 through February 28, 2010, parties may elect to file their case documents under these new Supplemental Rules by submitting the election form with their case documents.
