In 1999, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) selected the National Arbitration Forum  (FORUM) as an international dispute resolution provider for domain name disputes. Since then, the FORUM's Domain Name Dispute Program has handled over 20,000 disputes worldwide.

National Arbitration Forum and FROGANS addresses

The National Arbitration Forum is pleased to partner with OP3FT to provide dispute resolution services for Frogans Site Names and Network Names that infringe trademarks held by others. A dedicated page for the UDRP-F, its Rules, and our Supplemental Rules will be available in the near future. Inquiries may be directed to domaindispute@adrforum.com.

Registries Sign On to the Forum’s Registration Eligibility and Sunrise Dispute Policies

To date, two new TLDs will be utilizing the National Arbitration Forum as their Registration Eligibility Dispute Resolution Provider and fifteen (15) Registries have agreed to allow Forum to adjudicate Sunrise disputes. We are pleased to announce that National Arbitration Forum has been selected by CentralNic Dispute Resolution Services to handle domain name disputes for the following domain name extensions:

".ae.org", ".africa.com", ".ar.com", ".br.com", ".cn.com", ".de.com", ".eu.com", ".gb.com", ".gb.net", ".gr.com", ".hu.com", ".hu.net",".jp.net", ".jpn.com", ".kr.com", ".mex.com", ".no.com", ".qc.com", ".ru.com", ".sa.com", ".se.com", ".se.net", ".uk.com", ".uk.net", ".us.com", ".us.org", ".uy.com", and ".za.com" (the “SLDs”).

The Forum will be able to accept claims under the CentralNic Policy or the Uniform Rapid Suspension System for the listed extensions beginning July 1, 2014.
