Dispute Resolution

In 1999, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) selected the National Arbitration Forum  (FORUM) as an international dispute resolution provider for domain name disputes. Since then, the FORUM's Domain Name Dispute Program has handled over 20,000 disputes worldwide.

National Arbitration Forum begins handling .ME disputes

The National Arbitration Forum is pleased to offer UDRP services for domains registered in the .me TLD. The registry for the ccTLD representing Montenegro, .me, utilizes the UDRP for its dispute resolution process and has just signed an agreement allowing the Forum to provide dispute resolution services. Because .me has adopted the UDRP as established by ICANN, there are no changes to how the UDRP will be administered for .me domain names and parties should refer to the Forum’s UDRP page for more information.
